Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you buy

Each purchase is a one-time payment (USD 4.99) for one full-resolution digital video download. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. A short preview is free so you can check the result before paying.

Refunds

• Failed generation: if the video fails to generate or the file cannot be delivered, you receive an automatic full refund.
• Technical defects: if the delivered file is corrupted, blank, or materially different from the preview, email us within 7 days and we will regenerate it or refund you in full.
• Change of mind: because the product is a digital item delivered immediately after you approve the preview, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once the file has been downloaded, except where required by law.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel after purchase since there is no subscription. You can abandon any job before paying at no cost. You may request deletion of your uploaded photo and generated video at any time via the contact below; files are otherwise deleted automatically after about 30 days.
